Reheating Your Samosas
Chamilli samosas are delivered fully cooked,
you just need to reheat them. To get that golden crunch back, pop them in the oven, air fryer or frying pan - it's your call.
The samosas are ready to devour once the pastry is crisp & filling piping hot.
In the oven
Preheat your oven to 180℃/ gas mark 4
Place the samosas on an oven proof tray and heat for 10-12 minutes, until the pastry and crispy.
In an air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 175°C
Place the samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 5-8 minutes
Turn the samosas half way through to ensure even heating
In a frying pan
Put the samosas in a shallow frying pan with a little oil, on a medium heat
Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes
