One of the Chamilli classics, this samosa is a hearty mix of onions, potatoes, carrots and peas which have been delicately spiced.
It's delicious on it's own or dipped into a coriander chutney.
Ingredients
Samosa: wheat flour, water, coconut oil, corn oil, potato, petit pois, carrots, onions, garlic, spices, salt
Dipping Sauce: coriander, garlic, ginger, chilli, lemon juice, water, salt
Allergy information
These samosas contain wheat and gluten.
They are suitable if you are vegetarian. A vegan version is available on request.

If you happen to have any samosas left, they can be popped in the freezer.
You'll just need to reheat and eat them within a month.
