Data storage

Any personal data that is collected by Chamilli, will only be kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes it was collected for.  This includes, but is not limited to, customer marketing, processing orders, arranging delivery as well as satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
 
Legally, basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) needs to be kept for six years following your most recent purchase from us.  This is for tax purposes and to manage any after sales queries.

When you opt in to receive marketing emails from Chamilli, any customer profile information you submit will be stored for up to six years.  If you get in touch and request for this data to erased, your records with be deleted sooner.  Any data will be securely destroyed when one of these retention periods have been reached.

At times we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) to use for analysis, research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without consulting you.
